Return/Refund Policy

We want to serve you with a goal to satisfy you completely. If you are not satisfied with the product you can return it, if purchased on this website, subject to following terms and conditions. This Return Policy is limited to US purchases for home use made directly from us at uvfreshr.com Customers who bought their items from third party retailers and other third party websites such as Amazon, Best Buy, eBay, or others, must follow the respective return policy of the third party retailer or website.

Replacement of Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a damaged/defective item and need a replacement, please contact customer service immediately but no later than 10 business days from the date of receiving your package. Items missing the serial number or bar code cannot be returned. We need the original package and the damaged/defective item, to send you a replacement. Upon receipt of your returned product, we will make a determination, in our reasonable discretion, whether a product claimed to be damaged or defective was actually damaged or defective when originally delivered to you. We reserve the right, in our reasonable discretion, to refuse to refund or exchange any product that does not meet the above requirements.

Thirty Days Return:You may return any item within thirty (30) days of shipment for a full refund/exchange. To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product in the same condition you received it in.

a) Please note that, once the seal is tampered with (e.g. seal is stretched or broken), we have to presume that the product has been used and not resalable as is. b) Items missing the serial number or bar code cannot be returned/refunded. c) Any returned item must come with original packaging. Refund may be full or partial for a return in the sole discretion of the Company. d) If a new item is returned opened, or an item is returned as unwanted (i.e., not defective), a reasonable restocking fee may be deducted from your refund. Shipping cost shall be deducted too.

Items Under Limited Warranty Period:

Once the thirty (30) days period is over, the product cannot be returned under any circumstances. The product is now under Limited Warranty Period and can be repaired as per the “Altan Robotech Limited Warranty” policy.

Return/Repair 

To return/repair an item, please contact customer service by email or phone and request a Return. For emails, you can expect a response no later than 2-3 business days. 

Return Shipping

You must take appropriate steps to ensure the safe return of your product for repair / replacement. Products must be returned to us with the original shipping box, packing materials and a copy of the shipping invoice.

For items valued at $50 or more, ship the return using a trackable shipping service. For items valued at $50 or less, ship the return using postal service with delivery confirmation.

Shipping Costs to ship your product post repair / replace your product

If you return the product within 60 days of your invoice date and the Company determines that your returned product is covered under the Warranty Policy of the Company, the shipping cost to replace your product will be borne by the Company. In other cases, the shipping cost will be charged to you. You will be responsible to provide an acceptable payment method for shipping costs.
